its original condition and in its original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of
the item(s) returned that meet these conditions.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a
traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.
Once we receive the item and confirm its condition we will refund you less actual shipping costs and a 10% handling fee. Special
and custom orders are not refundable. It is important to contact us before returning any products so we can give you return shipping
information and a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without return authorization numbers.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you decide not to keep your Hu Energy Pendant, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding
shipping and handling. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for
reimbursement.

1. Send back all materials in their original packaging. You will have to pay shipping to return the product to us.
2. Return Original Invoice - please complete EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM on back of the invoice.
3. Please make a copy of this invoice for your records.
4. For your safety - ship the package back to Hu Energy Fashion using a trackable method. We cannot be responsible for the
items lost by your shipper.
5. Use the RETURN SHIPPING LABEL provided on the other side.
6. Please return within the Guarantee period.
